Jeffrey Henseler is the Founder of Passport Legacy, and serves as the Chairman, based in the Dubai head office. Passionate about residence and citizenship by investment, Jeffrey left his studies to gain on-the-ground experience in the industry. He founded Passport Legacy in 2018, offering tailored professional services to clients globally.
Having worked in Zurich, Cape Town, and Dubai, Jeffrey has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field of residence and citizenp by investment, which has enabled him to establish the company as a leading provider of bespoke residence and citizenship by investment solutions.
Daniel is the CEO of Passport Legacy, operating out of the head office in Dubai. With a Masters in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management in Beijing, and a BA in Business Administration from the EU Business School in Barcelona, he brings a distinguished global view to all of his work, and has lived in Switzerland, Spain, China, Indonesia, Australia, Singapore and now the UAE.
With a strong background in Private Banking in Switzerland, Daniel has advised hundreds of (U)HNWIs and affluent families in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Fluent in Italian, English, French, and Indonesian, Daniel has been featured on CNN, FinNews Asia and many other global media publications.
Benjamin Eisenring, a partner at Passport Legacy, comes from a Swiss background and graduated from the University of Zurich with a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, specializing in Banking and Finance. The excellent education he received at UZH equipped him with a high level of expertise to enhance safety and security in long-term investments.
Through his work at Passport Legacy as an expert in the residence- and citizenship-by-investment industry, Benjamin has distinguished himself as an extremely qualified and resourceful team player, where his orderly and focused work ethic has allowed him to rise quickly within the company and assume a higher leadership role. He is a Partner at Passport Legacy Global, where he is a trusted and valued member and oversees a team of 52 employees who all collaborate to facilitate the issuing of alternative citizenships and residencies with expedience and efficacy.
José Charo is a business leader and entrepreneur with a strong background in financial services, global mobility and investment. A graduate of the Lebanese American University with a BS in Banking and Finance, he is fluent in Arabic, English and French, bringing a regional understanding and international perspective to his leadership.
For more than six years, José has been instrumental in shaping the growth and direction of Passport Legacy Levant, leading strategy, expansion and operations across the Middle East and Africa. His experience spans business development, investment strategy and global mobility, with a focus on building scalable businesses, entering new markets and strengthening the company’s position within an increasingly global industry.
Driven by long-term thinking, José approaches leadership with a clear focus on sustainable growth, strong relationships and lasting value. His strategic and decisive leadership style, combined with his understanding of the evolving needs of internationally minded individuals and families, continues to guide Passport Legacy’s development across the region.
William Charo is an experienced business leader with a multidisciplinary background spanning banking and finance, investment, real estate and the public sector. He holds a BS in Banking and Finance and an MBA from the Lebanese American University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies and Oxford’s Saïd Business School in Economic Development. He is fluent in Arabic, French and English, with conversational knowledge of Spanish.
Throughout his career, William has held leadership positions across both the private and public sectors. His experience includes senior management within the contracting industry and serving on the board of the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon, where he contributed to investment programmes aimed at attracting foreign direct investment across multiple sectors. His career has since expanded into cross-border investment and real estate, giving him a broad understanding of how capital, markets and long-term investment strategies intersect.
Known for his straightforward approach and ability to lead with clarity, particularly in high-pressure environments, William combines strategic thinking with decisive judgement and a strong commitment to honesty. His perspective is rooted in identifying opportunities that create sustainable, long-term value while navigating changing markets with discipline and foresight.
Jean-Paul Andraos is an accomplished sales professional with nearly a decade of experience across Citizenship and Residency by Investment and international real estate. Fluent in Arabic, English and French, he holds a BA in Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, bringing an analytical and disciplined perspective to his work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Since beginning his career in 2017, Jean-Paul has built extensive expertise in investment migration, real estate development and advisory across Lebanon and Europe. As the Manager of the Nigeria office, he oversees day-to-day operations, and guides clients through their investment journeys.

Ryan Mandalia is the Head of Marketing at Passport Legacy. He has over 8 years of experience in marketing and has worked across several countries whilst servicing global teams. Ryan’s experience spans multiple sectors including Insurance, Asset Finance, Emerging Technologies, and Investment Migration.
His expertise includes social media strategy, copywriting, event management, email marketing, SEO/SEM management, and content creation, with his work featured in Forbes, Gulf News, Khaleej Times and many more; he has also delivered keynote talks at international Marketing events such as the Global Martech Summit. Ryan shapes the Marketing strategy for Passport Legacy, ensuring clear communication, meaningful engagement, and a strong brand presence across global markets.
Kosha Patel is the Head of Legal working alongside the executive team of Passport Legacy, specialising in corporate governance and advising the board on procedures, responsibilities and obligations arising across the organisation.
After qualifying as a solicitor in 2005, she worked in-house for various London local government administrations, before moving to the UAE in 2018.
Since joining Passport Legacy, Kosha has advised on a wide range of corporate matters including the company’s expansion into several alternate jurisdictions. Kosha is an authoritative leader in the workplace and strives to set the benchmark of standards, encouraging others to accomplish their ambitions and succeed.
